Cancellation
- Full refund at least 5 days before check-in
- Partial refund within 5 days of check-in
- Guests who cancel within 5 days of check-in or during their trip will be charged 1 extra night and refunded 50% of unspent nights.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Payments
Reservations are confirmed once payment is received in full.
Liability
Guests are responsible for their safety and belongings during their stay.

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early or late requests may be available, but aren’t guaranteed.
During Your Stay
Please treat the space with care and let us know if anything needs attention.
House Guidelines
- Max occupancy: 2
- No parties or events
- No smoking
- No animals
- Quiet Hours: 10 p.m.- 7 a.m. Please be respectful of neighbors
- No hanging items from the balcony/lanai
- Sand: Please rinse off sand at the showers by the beach
Before You Leave
No need to deep clean, but please :
- Dispose of all perishable food from the refrigerator & counter.
- Don’t leave dirty dishes in the sink.
- Take out the trash to the trash chute.
- Leave used towels on the bathroom floor.
- Leave linens on the bed.
- Upon leaving, turn off all lights & air conditioning.
- Lock the door behind you.
